Mr. Peterson is Chief Executive Officer of Rimrock Midstream and also serves as a member of the Board of Managers. He has over 16 years of experience serving in executive roles as both Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. He is experienced in crude oil midstream & logistics, asset management, business development, mergers & acquisitions and taxation. He holds a BS in Economics from Brigham Young University and a MBA in Finance from California. He has held numerous financial accreditations and licenses over his career.


Mr. Valentine is Chief Financial Officer of Rimrock Midstream and also serves as a member of the Board of Directors. He has over 15 of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, financial analysis, and investment strategy. He holds a BA in Economics from Washington University and has held numerous financial accreditations and licenses over his career.


Mr. Mitchell is President and Chief Operating Officer of Rimrock Midstream. He has over 17 years of experience in the crude oil & gas sector as principal of a leading environmental and hydrogeologic engineering firm. He has extensive experience with environmental permitting, remediation, compliance and due diligence services in association with the construction, rehabilitation and operation of pipelines, terminals, processing plants, and refineries.  He holds a BS in Environmental Science from Texas Christian University, and an MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University.


Mr. Bruce serves as Executive Vice President of Operations of Rimrock Midstream. He has 28 years of experience operating midstream assets. Prior to joining Rimrock, he was Regional Operations Manager for Enterprise Products where he was responsible for operations of the Seaway Pipeline and more than 6 million barrels of storage. Mr. Bruce was also Area Manager for TransCanada and managed operation of the Gateway Area of the Keystone Pipeline system. Additionally, he has held positions managing crude oil terminals for SemFuel, Magellan Midstream Partners, Mobil Oil and Noble Petro.


Mr. Cruzan is Executive Vice President of Business Development for Rimrock Midstream. He has over 11 years of oil and gas marketing and logistics experience. Previously, he was the Supervisor of Crude Oil Marketing for Devon Energy where he led the marketing of all upstream crude oil production in the CONUS. In addition to his key management role with Devon, Mr. Cruzan held marketing management positions with Williams Energy, Samson Energy and SemGroup. Josh holds a BS in Engineering from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from the University of Oklahoma.


Mr. McMurry is the Director of Engineering for Rimrock Midstream. He has over 40 years of oil/gas midstream, pipeline construction, commercial/marketing, and supply/logistics experience with Enterprise Crude Pipeline, Teppco Crude Pipeline, and ExxonMobil Pipeline. He played an integral role in multiple keynote projects including the Seaway Freeport Marine Terminal, Seaway Texas City Marine Terminal, Basin Pipeline System, Red River Gathering System, West Texas Gathering, South Texas Gathering, Houston Rail, Seaway Reversal, Midland Terminal Logistics, Cushing Terminal Logistics. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Pittsburg State University.


Mr. King is the Director of Environmental & Right of Way for Rimrock Midstream. He has over 20 years of experience in the crude pipeline industry, handling environmental/permitting/ROW for over 1,200 miles of crude oil & gas pipeline and 200+ miles of gathering lines. Prior to joining Rimrock, he served 18 years with Semgroup and Rose Rock Midstream playing a key role in the development of White Cliffs Pipeline, White Cliffs II Pipeline, Wattenberg Gathering System, Kansas Gathering System, Glass Mountain Pipeline, and Rose Rock's Cushing Terminals. He earned a BS in Environmental Management from East Central University.


Mr. Morrison is the Right of Way Manager for Rimrock Midstream, LLC. He has over 6 years of midstream oil & gas experience dealing directly with right of way, pipeline construction and operations for Magellan Midstream and Rose Rock Midstream. He earned a BS from the University of Oklahoma.


Mr. Blocker (J-Rod) is the Manager of SCADA and Information Systems for Rimrock Midstream. He has over 16 years of experience in the industry and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Rimrock team. Prior to joining Rimrock he held position with Access Midstream, Enterprise Products Partners (EPD), Upwind Solutions, Oklahoma Gas & Electric, Schlumberger and the US Coast Guard in various SCADA and IT capacities.


Mr. Elton is the Regional Operations Manager for Rimrock Midstream. He has over 20 years of experience in the petroleum industry managing crude oil pipelines and terminals for industry leaders such as Koch Industries and Enterprises Products Partners. Prior to joining Rimrock Midstream, he managed the Seaway Pipeline system and a team of 30 technicians. In addition to his key responsibilities with the Seaway Pipeline, he was responsible for the company's two Cushing crude terminals.


Mr. VanderLinde is the Senior Project Engineer of Crude for Rimrock Midstream. He has over 8 years of oil/gas midstream construction , development and management experience. Prior to joining Rimrock, he was the Construction & Facilities Engineer for Devon Energy (DVN) where he managed the design & construction of several NGL gathering and dehydration/processing facilities. He also spent several years with Enterprise Products Partners (EPD) as a Field Engineer & Area Coordinator where he project managed the construction and operations of storage and transmission facilities including 6.1 million barrels of storage in Cushing, Oklahoma, the maintenance of the 30" Seaway Pipeline and associated infrastructure. He was also a Project Engineer for TEPPCO where he designed and constructed several crude oil transmission pipelines, several truck-unloading facilities, and pump stations. Seth earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.


Mr. Peterson is General Counsel for Rimrock Midstream. He has substantial experience with structuring and closing complex corporate and real estate acquisitions, financings and divestitures, and senior and mezzanine financing transactions. Prior to joining Rimrock, Troy served as general counsel and trustee for a large family holding company and as associate general counsel for Melaleuca, Inc. He started his legal career as an associate attorney with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in Dallas. He earned a BA from the University of Utah and a JD from the University of Michigan Law School.
